The Divorce Suite is a chapter book of poetry and art-making born of one of the most painful and life-changing experiences: divorce. It narrates my journey with divorce, a journey marked by sadness and beauty, ritual, and communal care. Divorce makes you ask the big questions so while the book was initiated by divorce, it reflects deeply into many relationships—with partners, with parents, with friends, with God, and with self.
